Hukad: Favorite om nom nom place

I'm a bad food blogger. I don't blog about food or restos no matter how good or bad they are. I'm a bad food blogger because 1.) I don't no longer take pics of the food I'm about to eat,  2.) I'm bad at memorizing and too lazy to take notes on prices, dishes, and whatnot, 3.) my vocabulary's limited that I just can't find the right words to describe a food.

I'm a bad food blogger, but I'll blog about one anyway. I'm making a review, a very brief one for my new fave resto. From the bottom of my then-empty-now-satisfied-tum-tum,  I would just want to say that
Hukad sa Golden Cowrie is an awesome place to eat lutong bahay food.

It's the only resto I know where people patiently wait outside for their names to be called. Yes, there's a queue. You know what queues in restaurants mean.

To cut the story short:
- Food is great, delish, and yes, heavy (tummy-filling)
- Service is great
- Price is reasonable
- Place is decent
- Did I mention food is great?

It's been our favorite restaurant since it opened. I love their Puso Salad (puso ng saging). My picky eater tot loves their Chicken Pandan (Yay! +1). Payday, grocery day, or just any other laag day is always Hukad day.

My rating? 4 out of 5 spoons.

Hukad is a visayan term for "hain", or in english "set on the table or serve food". Located at G/F of SM Annex Ecoland. If I'm not mistaken they also have a branch in Abreeza. Anyway, I won't give much details about the restaurant, like I said, I'm a bad food blogger. It's for you to find out. And yes, I do recommend this. :)
