Confessions Vol. 3: I Think About Perfect Crimes

It's past 2 am and I couldn't sleep. I guess no matter how much I try to become a day person (even when I already am working during normal office hours), being nocturnal is already in my system. I couldn't take it out. You see, my brain is more functional at dawn. My brain goes crazy to be more accurate. There are those times when my mind goes into overdrive and I think about crazy things I never thought I'd think about.

This is one of those times.

I'm plotting a perfect crime. You know, do something really crazy and just get away with it. Plotting a crime and simply just creating foolproof strategies, exhausting possible exits, and finding loopholes and errors is totally different from plotting a crime and actually doing it. So please, don't get me wrong.

I guess I have my habit of reading and watching too much murder-mystery, crime, or detective series to blame for that. Dexter, Burn Notice, and Psych to name some. But more than that, I also dreamed of becoming a detective, a spy, or a secret agent. And that is to say, to catch a criminal, you have to think like one. Right? It's a good exercise for the brain. Really.

So, ta-tata for now. I've got to think of ways on how to rob a bank unnoticed and spend it all for takoyaki and perhaps charity (I'm not too evil, you know).
