You know how I still get "judged" for being skinny despite my reputation of being a voracious eater and having a flabby midsection (that's about 2 inches of pinchable flab, I kid you not).
"Kain ka ng marami. Mas maganda kung magkalaman ka ng konti."
Not that I take offense at such. But I'm sick of explaining that I don't go on a diet or that it runs in the blood, yadda yadda. So before anyone strikes me again with remarks about being underfed, malnourished, and that I should go get a quarter pounder, let me tell you this: I would eat the next person who will tell me that I look better with more meat.
I dare thee.
Point is, stop that blatant too fat, too thin, too everything comment because that will just make you too much of an asshole. I know it's normal to notice a person's physical appearance initially but can we all just agree that saying something not nice to their face about their body is never okay? Especially if it is someone you barely know. If you have something in mind that doesn't make the person any better, just shut the duck up and let's all be happy. No to body shaming, period.
(Also from now on, I'll be using duck instead of f*ck because I was told that Google doesn't like f*cks. Sorry ducks.)
P.S. My friends and I tease each other when it comes to weight. But that is because we've learned to accept our bodies and we're okay with it. But dude, if you're going to say something not nice to someone you barely know or if you have this urge to give an unsolicited advice, just zip it.
