I went through my drafts this morning hoping I could pull something up for my "From the Drafts" series when and stumbled upon this post.
It did have a title but there's not a single word in it.
I can't believe I haven't blogged about this.
Is it still worth writing about a trip that happened six years ago? Haha.
Well, with fuel prices getting more and more expensive, traveling feels like a luxury we might not be able to enjoy again anytime soon. So for someone who can't travel yet, I figured I'd dig through my old photos and post something travel-related.
Now, please don't expect a long, detailed narrative about our visit to the War Memorial of Korea. Aside from being too lazy to write one, my memory isn't exactly the sharpest after six years.
What I do remember is that I enjoyed our visit. Oh, and it was also where Jan and I experienced our very first snowfall! Other than that, the photos are pretty much all my six-year-old memory can give you.
And this, really, is one of the reasons I blog. I want to remember the things I might otherwise forget. Because as much as I'd like to believe I'll remember every trip, every little adventure, and every special moment, the truth is that time has a way of blurring the details. And I failed myself this time.
So here I am, six years later, finally sharing this little piece of our travel history.
Anyway, is it too late to warn photos overload?

I don't know if this post is going to be helpful to those who are wanting to know what the place looks like. But what I know is that we are definitely going back. My son, Red, who can name all kinds of military tanks and aircrafts will definitely love it there.
Anyway, I still haven't written about our recent Japan trip. Hopefully, it won't take me another six years to get those posts up. No promises, though. You know how it is around here.
For now, I hope you enjoyed this little photo diary from our visit to the War Memorial of Korea. It's a long-overdue travel post, but hey, better late than never!
