"Mas mabudol pa kog Bandai kaysa Pop Mart." (I'm more likely to get suckered into buying Bandai than Pop Mart.)

Those are the exact words I told my tech geek friend while watching our other friends go gaga over Pop Mart figures. Are they cute? Very, very cute (the figures, I mean). Am I into them? Not really.
Athough, I do find the Labubu x One Piece Collab ugly. One the other hand, I love how maldito and mischievous Hirono looks.
If I were to buy a Pop Mart figure, it would probably be only Hirono. But so far, no collection has convinced me to actually spend money on one. Not even the Hirono x Le Petit Prince series. I did agonize about it for a few minutes though because I was so tempted when I saw these cuties in person:

I thought I'd mark myself safe from all the craze until Hirono dressed up as Harry Potter characters. How the hell am I supposed to stand my ground now?

| I want: Harry Potter with Sorting Hat, Sirius Black, Harry and Hedwig. |
I really really really want it but I'm also in a bit of a conundrum.
For one, Hermione is missing. I mean, what's a Harry Potter collection without the golden trio? So yeah, buying a set isn't an option anymore. And then there's the fact that it's a blind box. Blind boxes can give you the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. What if I pull up something I don't want? I'd probably end up getting another one until I get any of the three figures that I want. No offense to the other characters, but if I’m going to add more clutter to our house, it’s going to be just one.
So what now? Stick to my Trafalgar Law collection? Or give in to this Pop Mart craze and experience the thrill of opening a blind box? Or just buy an opened box and simply get over with it?
Yan talaga ang iniisip ko at this age and in this economy noh?
